Not showing up for your scheduled pickup will result in a charge and/or penalty.

Buyer fees for not showing up for a pickup are set by the seller, and are shown in advance when reviewing a booking before checkout. The fee amount cannot exceed the cost of the order. The seller will receive the full no show fee, minus payment processing fees.

Sellers not showing up to a pickup should be escalated to the OneShop support team for resolution, and could result in penalty fees or a ban.
