Pickups can be scheduled on eligible listings at a location chosen by the seller. The exact location will not be disclosed until 2 hours before the scheduled pickup, but the location will be within a predefined pickup region shown on the listing before purchase.

Confirming a pickup time is required to finalize your purchase. Pickups must be scheduled at minimum 24 hours prior to the pickup, and may be at maximum a week into the future.

When sellers opt-in, buyers must also complete ID Verification or the order will be canceled.

For all parties' safety, the OneShop app must be used to facilitate pickups, purchases, and verification. Failure to comply with these safety policies may result in a ban from the platform.
