Online selling has been on the ramp in the past few years. Marketplaces like Poshmark, eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, and the likes have successfully reached the majority of shoppers worldwide. With the recent pandemic that rendered most of us at home, many people have realized the convenience and ease of online shopping. That is why more and more people are venturing into this industry. Not only can it generate extra income, but it can also make enough earnings to match a full-time job with enough dedication and knowledge.

Reading many successful online selling stories has driven many people to test the waters. And Poshmark is one of the most popular online marketplaces with millions of users across the United States and Canada. Aside from its social community that helps each other grow their closets, it also offers a lot of opportunities to sellers with its tools and features. And while it is fun and profitable to venture into selling on this platform, making your potential buyers see your listings can require a lot of your time and effort, especially if you own a huge closet. Thankfully, one of Poshmark’s priorities is its app usability so both shoppers and sellers can perform tasks without so much hassle. For this very reason, the Bulk Listing feature is created. It aims to make closet management more straightforward, allowing sellers to perform the same task at once for multiple listings in their closets.

Read on and learn here how you can maximize the potential of your Poshmark closet by sending Bulk Offers using the Bulk Listing feature on Poshmark.

What does the Bulk Listing feature do?

Poshmark’s Bulk Listing feature is specifically intended to make Poshmark sellers’ selling experience a lot easier and convenient.

Bulk Share to followers: Sharing your listings is one of the significant tasks that all sellers must do to reach a broader audience and increase visibility. And because it is a tedious thing to do, sharing to your followers at once using the Bulk Listing Action is indeed a helpful factor. To do this:

  1. Go to your closet and select
  2. Then choose Share to Followers.
  3. Select multiple listings in your closet that you want to share.
  4. Select Share to Followers.

Bulk share to a Posh Party: Joining Posh Parties is fun as this is where you can get more eyeballs to your items which can mean more sales. You can also get a host pick when hosts notice your shared listing in their party. However, if you’re the type of a seller with lots of items in your closet, going through your items one at a time to see what relevant items you can share to the ongoing Posh party is time-consuming. It may also cause you to miss some items due to the limited duration of the party. But worry not, as the Bulk Listing action can also make it easier for sellers like you to join and share to Posh Parties all at one. All you have to do is:

  1. Go to your closet and select.
  2. From the menu, choose Share to Posh Party.
  3. Choose the listings that are relevant to the party.
  4. Then select Share to Posh Party.

Send Bulk Offer to Likers: Sending offers to poshers manually who have liked your listing can be a dreadful task when there’s a lot of them. It takes tons of hours before you can go through all of them to ensure that they are all aware of the discounts that you are offering in your closet. Thankfully, the Bulk Listing feature of Poshmark has made it possible for sellers like you to send offers to likers in bulk. This way, it is now convenient and easier to make your price reduction known to more poshers interested in your items. To do this:

If you are using the Poshmark app:

  1. Go to your closet and tap the icon.
  2. Choose the Make Offer to Likers option.
  3. Enter an offer and select a Discounted Shipping amount.
  4. Select Next.
  5. Pick your listings, then select Submit Offer to Likers.
  6. From the pop-up, select Send Offers to confirm.

If you’re doing it on the web:

  1. Go to your closet and click on the in the top-right corner of your screen
  2. From the menu, click the Make Offer to Likers.
  3. Choose or enter an offer from the pop-up and select a Discounted Shipping amount.
  4. Select Submit.
  5. Pick your listings, then select Send Offer to Likers.

To successfully send your offer to your likers, your offers must be at least 10% lower than the lowest offer your potential buyer has received for the same listing in the last 90 days. If, in any case, your offer is the first offer that they receive, it must be at least 10% below your current listing price. Also, be mindful of the offer percentage you choose, as it will be deducted from your current listing price. You can see the offer price and your expected earnings under each listing.

Bulk edit listing price: Editing your price manually one at a time is another time-consuming task to do. It requires a lot of effort to ensure that you won’t commit any mistakes in properly increasing or decreasing your items. With Bulk Listing action, you can edit your price all at once. All you have to do is:

  1. Go to your closet and select.
  2. From the menu, choose Edit Listing Price.
  3. Select Raise to increase your current listing prices, and choose the Drop option if you want to increase your current listing prices.
  4. Then enter the percentage that you’d like to apply in your current listing prices.
  5. Then select Next. If you’re using the web, select Drop Price.
  6. Pick your listings, then select Drop Price.
  7. From the pop-up, select Drop Price to confirm your choices.

Note: You can see the listing price and net earnings below each listing.
