OneShop Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of your subscription can be requested at any time via the billing dashboard on our website, oneshop.com

Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing period, you will still have access to the OneShop software until the end of your current billing period.

No refunds will be issued for partial months of service, unless special exceptions are granted by our customer success team. A OneShop subscription provides access to our bundled software services, not any single feature or service. Because of this, we do not guarantee free or discounted service for the temporary or permanent absence of specific offerings from the overall subscription. By subscribing, you agree that refunds or credit for partial service are only allowed when granted by OneShop itself, and will be done on a case by case basis.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel OneShop. Due to many of our services requiring actively syncing information, even passive usage means that OneShop is actively spending resources to provide customers with our service, and thus retroactive refunds are not permitted unless specifically granted by our customer success team.

By subscribing to OneShop, you agree that payment disputes submitted via a financial institution for the purpose of refunds or cancellations unrelated to fraud are not valid, and may result in financial or legal action, as well as temporary or permanent suspension from OneShop’s services.

Please note that if you choose to cancel your subscription, you will lose access to any data or information associated with your OneShop account, including your billing history. We recommend that you record any necessary data prior to cancelling your subscription. Invoices for past service will have been sent to your email address on file at the time of payment, and should be retained for your own record keeping.

Deleting the OneShop app or account is not equivalent to cancellation of your OneShop subscription. Cancelling a OneShop subscription must be done via the billing dashboard.
