Sellers must offer free shipping on all direct listings.

OneShop offers shipping labels for purchase in the app. When using our labels, the package has tracking, shipping insurance, and delivery insurance automaticaly.

Sellers who purchase shipping labels on their own have potentially lower guarantees, depending on what is offered by their carrier. If shipping on your own, you must use either USPS, Fedex, or UPS, provide a tracking numebr, and purchase shipping insurance for the enclosed goods.

Sellers have 3 business days to ship all orders, excluding US bank holidays. All sales above $300 must require signature on delivery, barring a carrier-level override by the buyer.
