By selling on OneShop, sellers agree that all items are genuinely represented by their photos and descriptions. Violations may result in full buyer refunds and additional fees.

The cover photo in listings must be a unique photo of the specific items being sold. Additionally, all photos up until the minimum required amount must be unique and show the items being sold.

OneShop reserves the right to remove any content from the platform for any reason. Likely reasons for content removal include:

• Items in violation of our Allowed and Restricted Items policy.
• Items using unauthorized images, music, video, or other IP. See our Intellectual Property policy for further information.
• Messages to buyers that violate our messaging guidelines.
